TIRED OF MOLESTATION IN BIJNOR, MINOR GIRL DRANK ACID.

In Bijnor, UP, a 16-year-old girl from the Scheduled Castes community, drank acid after molestation. Police is busy in search of the accused.

The police gave this information on Wednesday. Police station in-charge (SHO) Rehad Sudeshpal Singh said that a complaint was received from the victim's father regarding sexual harassment of the  minor girl.

The SHO said, "an FIR was registered against the accused Sanjeev, Atul, Lavkush and Bholu under appropriate sections of the SC/ST Act of the Indian Penal Code and the POCSO Act".

SHO said that raids are being conducted to arrest the accused. Condition of the minor girl remains worrisome.
