There is no condition laid out for going casteless. You going casteless (i.e. leaving the Hindu fold) itself is a condition, the first step towards social justice without which liberty, equality, fraternity is impossible.. no matter what.
Becoming casteless does not mean adopting any particular religion. It's got nothing to do with religion.
You yourself must be and act casteless before propagating "annihilation of caste" is the first step.
